Plan

Once needs have been articulated we can move into the planning stages for the Web site. During this phase we will identify what areas of the site will be developed and how the user will interact with each part of the site. It is important the plan be as detailed as possible. The only way to be satisfied with a Web site build is to understand clearly what it will do when it is "done."

Your plan should also identify metrics for success. Once the Web site is built: how will you know whether or not it has succeeded? The method for collecting data to measure will need to be considered during the development phase of the Web site.
